Daouda Ndiaye

Visual artist

Visual artist, teacher and specialist in art therapy and psychopedagogy, he lives and works in Dakar. Top of his class at ENSEA Dakar, he specialised at Paris V University and Sainte-Anne Hospital. He is a resident artist at the Village des Arts in Dakar.

Approach and materials

His approach starts from the human being, society and what shapes how we see. Through metaphor and symbol, the work becomes a space of questioning in which the viewer’s experience takes part in its meaning. Paper, painting and installation.
